Job Description

• Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee Guest House Management ensuring facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of employees and visitors.
2. Handle Facility Management, including vendor management and service level agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with Motor Vehicle regulations and manage the fleet efficiently.
4. Manage the administrative budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs.  
5. Liaise with Government Authorities for regulatory compliance and permits.
6. Manage Canteen operations, ensuring quality food services for employees. 
7. Transport Management to facilitate the movement of personnel effectively.
8. Ensure quality and efficiency in administrative processes.

• Qualifications

1. Any graduation (MBA in HR, MSW/MHRM preferred)
2. 10+ years of work experience
